"Excellence is not an accomplishment. It is a spirit, a never-ending process."
--Lawrence Miller
Brothers and Friends,
I'd like to personally thank you for taking the time to explore the Kappa Beta chapter. I hope you can find everything you are looking for as you browse our newly updated website.
The Kappa Beta chapter of Sigma Chi has been a familiar face among UNF's Greek community for the last 18 years. As the 19th year rapidly approaches, we are striving ever to reach our full potential on this campus. To that end, we continuously try to better live our lives by remaining ever aware of the ideals displayed in the Jordan Standard. Our brothers have built an unbelievable foundation of brotherhood here which ultimately reflects the Fraternity's primary values of friendship, justice, and learning. Throughout our chapter's existence we have strived for positive personal growth among members, a continued focus on academic enrichment, real and noticeable involvement in the community, and values-based leadership training at the University of North Florida. As you navigate around our site and learn more about the many aspects of our fraternity, I can assure you that our brothers are becoming better sons, friends, leaders, and people because of the principles set forth by Sigma Chi.
Through various philanthropies, athletic competitions, community programs, and social networking opportunities, we will continue our pursuit of excellence. The upcoming year will prove to be an exciting time for our brothers at UNF. Please share the moments with us!
In Hoc Signo Vinces,
Matt Brockelman
